Come as you are.
When you first join, we take extra care to make sure you are comfortable and safe.


If you show up regularly and follow our lead, you will get stronger, feel better, and be overall healthier!


You will be amazed how quickly you catch on to the movements and see a change in your physical and mental health.

new to crossfit? the on-ramp process consists of 4 one-on-one coaching sessions where we go over the major lifts, skills and movements you will need to be able to fully participate in our group fitness classes. by breaking down the fundamentals in a way that makes sense to YOU, we meet you where you are no matter your current level of fitness! ⁠

this is the unlimited package. come as many times a week as you want! charged monthly.

Coach Adam has over 10 years of CrossFit experience and 7 years of coaching athletes of all ages. As a big kid himself, Coach Adam launched and coached a CrossFit Kids program, where he mixes movement fundamentals with plenty of fun and games. Outside the gym, he keeps his family active through everything from neighborhood walks to trail runs and outdoor sports—because why should kids have all the fun? His mission as a coach? To help people MOVE better, LIVE better, and have a BLAST while doing it.

Coach Kila’s CrossFit journey began in 2016, and by 2020, she obtained her CF Level 1 Certification, combining her love for fitness with her expertise as a physical therapist assistant. A true anatomy and kinesiology enthusiast, she’s currently working toward an orthopedic proficiency through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments (IAMT), with certification expected in 2025. Kila’s passion is helping athletes of all levels scale effectively without sacrificing the intensity CrossFit is known for, while her PTA skills help them recover faster than a bouncy ball on a trampoline.

Coach Danny brings the FUN, the ENERGY, and a LAUGH so contagious you'll forget what a "bad day" even feels like. With 2 years of coaching experience and a CrossFit Level 1 Certification, Danny specializes in helping athletes improve technique and build confidence in a motivating, all-skill-level environment. As a bilingual coach, Danny is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to connect with a diverse range of athletes. When he's not coaching, Danny enjoys reading, eating, and playing sports.

Coach Jesse’s CrossFit journey started in 2011, when his college football strength coach first introduced him to CrossFit—and he’s been hooked ever since. In 2015, he took the plunge into coaching at CrossFit Bartlesville in Oklahoma, where he’s been helping others lift, sweat, and maybe even laugh through the pain ever since. With his CF-L2 certification in hand, Jesse’s all about making gains and having a good time while doing it.

Coach Carl

Coach Carl has been coaching for 10 years and holds a Level 1 CrossFit Certification. He’s especially passionate about working with elite teen athletes, helping them build STRENGTH, CONFIDENCE, and a LOVE for fitness. His dedication has helped land athletes on the podium at both WODAPALOOZA + THE CROSSFIT GAMES. With his years of experience and laid-back yet motivating approach, Coach Carl knows how to make every workout fun while pushing athletes to reach their full potential. When he's not coaching, he’s probably talking CrossFit, nutrition, or Jesus.

Coach Jose is a bilingual coach, fluent in both Spanish and English, with 2 years of coaching experience and a Level 1 CrossFit Certification. He also coaches youth soccer, instilling teamwork and discipline in young athletes. Outside of the gym, Jose enjoys quality time with his wife and three children, who also join him in the gym. Jose RADIATES warmth + positivity & always brings the ENERGY, EXCITEMENT, and ENCOURAGEMENT. Jose’s joyful spirit is welcoming and contagious - he makes everyone feel like they BELONG.

With 6 years of CrossFit coaching experience and a Level 1 certification, Coach Lewis knows how to push limits, crack jokes, and make every workout feel like a party.

With 2 years of CrossFit coaching experience and 7 years in the pool as a swim coach and high school educator, she brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every class. She's PATIENT, MOTIVATING, and always finds a way to make even the toughest workouts FUN. Whether she’s inspiring her students in the classroom or pushing athletes to their limits in the gym, Coach Logan is a powerhouse of ENCOURAGEMENT, DISCIPLINE, AND ENTHUSIASM,

Coach Tony is our PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, and Certified Level 3 CrossFit Trainer – he's got the skills to crush your goals and the spreadsheets to prove it. Coach Tonys’ journey into CrossFit began when he and his wife, after years of running, cycling, and hitting the local gym, were looking for a new challenge. After a few sessions, he was hooked—especially by the community and the scalable, constantly varied workouts. When Tony coaches, it’s all about hitting goals with a perfect blend of EXPERTISE + FUN.
