“Do you think you have to be in shape to do Crossfit? That’s a lie!
The quickest way to get in shape is to DO Crossfit! Every single workout can be scaled to your ability. I spent too long believing the lies/myths about Crossfit, about myself & my abilities. This fit community inspires me to be my best…with encouragement every single step of the way. It’s a beautiful community with people of all fitness levels. The coaches here want to help you discover & reach your fullest potential.
I am so super thankful this place opened! On Saturday mornings, I even wake up excited to go there…it’s like recess with my friends! Come join us! There is room for you“

The Place to Go
“Very impressed with the coaching staff! My wife and I had never done crossfit, and are by no means “in shape”, but after one of our sons suggested trying crossfit we figured we’d give it a try. Table Rock CrossFit was recommended by some good friends so nervously we end up going. I have to say we felt welcomed from the get go, and never once felt intimidated or out of place. The staff has been amazing at working with us in our own individual ways and abilities. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we’re getting the safest and best workout scaled to what is best for us. Whether you’re looking for a hard core crossfit workout, or like us, haven’t worked out in years, Table Rock CrossFit is the place to go.”

“Table Rock Crossfit is an excellent place to work out. We dropped in on the 5:30 a.m. class while on vacation for the week. The drop-in price was great and was one reason why we chose this box.
The equipment is quality and the gym is clean. We had three different coaches who each did a great job coaching the class. We loved the programming. The members were very welcoming and helpful. A big THANK YOU to Mandy for telling us about Dewey Short trail at Table Rock Lake where we could run.
Congratulations on your new location and we pray for your continued success! We look forward to working out with you again next time we’re in town.”
